Gulay Tekin

Gulay has 18 years’ experience delivering high-end design schemes for large and complex multi-disciplinary building projects ranging from new build retail developments, hospitality, and high-rise to mixed-use developments and commercial projects.

Gulay has worked throughout the UK and the Middle East. She has been with Opera for 6 years. Before this she worked with AECOM International based in the UAE. Gulay has extensive retail experience having worked on a number of retail schemes in the UK, most recently Phase II of the Battersea Power Station development for BPSDC and Norton Folgate in Shoreditch for British Land.

As a senior project manager with a keen interest in interior design, she offers expertise in project management techniques, concept design and design development. Gulay strongly believes in working closely with clients and project teams in order to build strong relationships, to allow collaboration and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Gulay is a member of Association for Project Management (APM) the chartered body for the project profession.
