At its peak, Battersea Power Station was supplying a fifth of London’s electricity. After decades of sitting derelict, it has now been redeveloped into a new and exciting destination for London.

The £10bn project will see the creation of a vibrant new destination for London, housing a community of homes, shops, cafes, offices, leisure and cultural venues, with over 19 acres of public space.

Opera are providing executive level support to Battersea with strategic advice and project management on the letting and the integration of 170+ commercial retail units compromising of 600,000 sq. ft. across this iconic multi-use regeneration scheme.  We work daily with our client and the many consultants (WEA, Chapmans, Buro Happold, Foster + Partners, etc.) who helped bring this vision to reality.
