Norton Folgate is an exemplar development demonstrating the discerning qualities of heritage restoration and a sympathetic approach to new architecture.

Norton Folgate represents a leading urban mixed-use scheme on a constrained Central London site on the City fringe.  The masterplan was developed by renowned architects AHMM with a building-by-building approach involving several leading architects who have individually developed functional spaces brought together with collective flair.

Opera were appointed to deliver the Client’s vision to seamlessly integrate the numerous office and retail occupiers into the scheme, providing focused leadership and an experienced approach to managing the needs of each stakeholder.  The activation of the shops, offices and food & beverage outlets is a cornerstone of the developments legacy to bring back into use this disparate estate.  Opera’s background on working on major placemaking schemes was valuable in defining the approach and strategy for this commission.
