Natalie Barber

Natalie has a strong track record of delivering large complex projects covering refurbishment and redevelopment of existing structures with retained facades, to major new build including cut and carve projects with complex façade and Sustainable MEP smart technology in central London. With a background of working contractor and client side, Natalie adopts a ‘hands on approach’ with good negotiation skills and applies due diligence throughout her delivery particularly with contract administration.

Known for building strong relationships with the project team including site-based teams, Natalie has often worked site based to several key clients; BBC, Bloomberg EMEA, Anglo American. Natalie is empathetic in her approach when it comes to developing the client brief and has worked closely with end users to understand their key objectives, working across various sectors including commercial office, residential, healthcare, retail and broadcasting.

Natalie previously worked at Buro Four where she was responsible for leading one of four London teams and successfully delivered Anglo American's new headquarter building at 17 Charterhouse Street.
