Joe Curtis

Joe has 12 years’ experience as a project and development manager.

Joe has worked across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, retail, leisure, heritage, infrastructure and public realm projects. He specialises in complex, ‘hands on’ schemes with experience in working with clients to ensure value for money is achieved in every stage of the design and construction process.

Joseph has successfully completed developments for clients in both the private and public sector. Acting both as a development and project manager to unlock complex schemes for a variety of clients. With a keen eye for commercial problems Joe is financially astute and responsible for the projects under his control. Joe is a highly communicative, dependable and effective project manager with a BSc in Construction Management.
