8-10 Grosvenor Gardens
Mayfair8-10 Grosvenor Gardens is a Grade II listed seven-story building located in the London Borough of Westminister. The building is currently vacant and has been stripped out prior to refurbishment. 8-10 Grosvenor gardens will be a distinct and high-quality building encompassing sustainable principles and high-quality building encompassing sustainable principles and maximizing accessibility.
Works comprise of repairing the historic facade, roof terraces and Cat A and B work. Using a sustainable approach that includes reclaimed and recycled materials, green roofs and photovoltaic panels. A key driver of the project is sustainability and the scheme is targetting an array of sustainable accreditations including BREEAM, NABERS, FitWel, Airated and Wired Score.
Part of the building will be occupied by the Westminister Foundation. The project's vision is to create a physical manifestation of the Westminister Foundation's strategy to enable children and young people to thrive. By creating a social impact coworking system, 8-10 will be unrivaled facility initiatives and amplify what they do. The high-quality office building will optimise accessibility and sustainability principals throughout to help create a safe and welcoming environment for all tenants, including the charities.
