James has 15 years’ experience working predominately with institutional grade developers and funds in the commercial and hotel sectors. He has a track record of delivering new build, refurbishment and complex cut and carve projects.

James has extensive experience working closely with clients and project stakeholders in feasibility and master planning, to drive optimum results and develop clear project briefs including pushing ESG credentials. James creates a collaborative environment between the project team to deliver the desired outcomes through design, planning and construction ensuring projects are delivered to achieve the highest quality.

James is also experienced in working under stringent Funding Agreements and advising on the particulars of such agreements.
