Helen Crawford

Helen has over 25 years of project management experience in the office, retail, and leisure property sectors. She is accustomed to working in challenging environments across all phases of the property development lifecycle, in both the UK and the Middle East.

Helen has a successful track record of delivering landlord tenant coordination and retail delivery services in major projects such as Trinity Leeds, Westgate Oxford, Festival Centre in Dubai, London Bridge Rail, Grand Central, 70 St Mary Axe, and most recently, 40 Leadenhall Street.

By building strong relationships with various project stakeholders, Helen provides a range of advice, helping clients navigate the complexities from base build contractor handover, through tenant engagement, design and fit-out stages, onboarding tenants, and ongoing property management.

In both client and consultant capacities, Helen has worked for major institutional investment funds, public sector companies, REITS, and private developers such as M&G Real Estate, Aviva Investors, Nuveen Global, Poole Borough Council, Network Rail, Landsec, Westfield Europe Ltd, and Helical Plc.
