Hannah Carey

Hannah has 10 years of project management experience within the construction industry. As a solution-orientated leader, she prides herself on adopting a proactive and collaborative approach to project management.

Hannah has a demonstrated track record in delivering large complex projects for public and private sector clients, including universities, government organisations, NHS Trusts, commercial developers, and large multi-national firms. She has previously enjoyed stints at JLL and RLB, which included a secondment role working on a multi-billion-pound life sciences scheme to deliver high containment laboratories.

Hannah has led projects across a variety of sectors including CAT A and CAT B commercial, life sciences, healthcare, education, residential and industrial. At Opera, Hannah primarily works on complex refurbishment projects whilst also utilising her life science knowledge to advise on laboratory schemes. 

Hannah is an RICS chartered surveyor, RICS counsellor for APC candidates and an NEC 4 accredited project manager.
