Dan Snape

Daniel has over 13 years’ experience in the construction industry, having worked in the central London market for the last 7 years. Since joining Opera he has been working for our core developer clients on prominent and complex central London developments.

Daniel started his career as a quantity surveyor, working internationally before transitioning to project management back in the UK. He combines his commercial background with a proactive and collaborative project management style, creating and working within high performing teams to deliver high quality, sustainable developments on time and budget. He is passionate about sustainability and ensures the teams he works with think holistically about the subject.

Daniel has worked across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, liquified natural gas, high-end residential, retail and leisure, with his recent past and current work being focused on central London commercial and flexible office projects.

He has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 2018.
