Chris Pelmore

Chris is a PM with 8 years' experience in project management and client PMO in central London.

He is currently delivering project management and contract administration for a large demolition and enabling works contract as part of Landsec's major development at Timber Square. Additionally, he is running a PMO for a programme of air-source heat pump plant retrofits across Landsec's commercial portfolio in London as well as managing one of the projects.

Previous experience includes programme and project management of several commercial fit-outs for a range of financial services clients in London and across EMEA. 

Chris has an MSc in Construction Management and MEng in Civil Engineering.
