Chris Dove

Chris has delivered a diverse range of projects covering film studios, defence, retail, industrial and commercial office developments with values up to £200 million.

Chris’s background as a Royal Engineer in the British Army has given him an understanding of delivering high value projects under intense pressure. Chris has an appreciation of site constraints and the processes to remove or mitigate constraints to the benefit of the developer/landowner.

Chris has a passion for forming and maintaining strong project teams across all disciplines to ensure the project team is accountable and constantly striving for successful project delivery. Chris is a full Member of the Association of Project Management.
