Amelia has a proven track record in delivering shell and core, cut and carve and fit-out projects on behalf of both Developers and Tenants. Accustomed to delivering projects in both occupied and new build environments, Amelia's key clients include Grosvenor, Topland, Landsec, Unilever and Deutsche Bank.
